What Can You Subtract?

Do you have space in your life to think about how you want to be involved in animal advocacy?

In today's world, it can feel like we need to keep adding, adding, adding—stuffing our lives with more events, more media, more hobbies, more work, more people.

But after all of the addition, do we have any space left to think? To reflect?

Space to design our lives in accordance with our deepest values?

There are very, very few activities in modern society that will pull you in the direction of helping end factory farming. In fact, most of society is actively trying to push you in other directions, away from helping animals.

That means if you really want to help end factory farming, you have to move yourself in that direction.

And in order to head that direction, you have to have space to think, to reflect, and to plan.

So, your challenge is this. If you find that you don't have space in your life to help animals, then what can you subtract?

How can you free up some space, in order to allow room for your animal advocacy to exist?
