Less, But Better—For Animals
I'm listening to the audiobook version of Essentialism: The Disciplined Pursuit of Less, and it's been a great reminder to focus on "less, but better." This approach can help us in our personal lives as well as our work for animals.
Today, my challenge for you is to find one way in your own life that you can adopt "less, but better"—can you give yourself permission to ignore something nonessential in order to focus more deeply on the truly essential and impactful things? What's one way you can do "less, but better" for animals?
Anyway, just something to chew on. Maybe run the experiment, and see what happens.
